Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProWebClick advertising analytics service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ProWebClick is a private analytics dashboard that reads your own advertising spend (via the Facebook/Meta Marketing API) and your own programmatic revenue (via Google Ad Manager / AdSense reporting) and presents combined profit, ROI and performance reports.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to connect the ad accounts and revenue data you add. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Only connect accounts and data that you own or are authorised to access.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate the Meta Platform Terms, Google API terms, or any law.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google/ActiveView). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms, including suspension of API access to your accounts.
5. Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your data at any time as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by ProWebClick. You retain all rights to your own advertising and revenue data.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Reported figures are estimates for informational purposes and may differ from platform billing or payment reports. We do not provide financial or investment advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProWebClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
