Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ProWebClick (“ProWebClick”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use our advertising analytics dashboard and related services available at prowebclick.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Who this Policy applies to
The Service is used by account holders (advertisers and publishers) who connect their own Facebook (Meta) ad accounts and their own Google Ad Manager / AdSense revenue data in order to analyse the performance of their advertising campaigns.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account & login information
When you are given access to the dashboard we store a username and a securely hashed password, and a signed session cookie to keep you logged in.
2.2 Data accessed through the Facebook (Meta) Marketing API
If you connect a Facebook account using Facebook Login, we request read-only advertising
permissions (such as ads_read). With your authorisation we access, on your behalf:
- a list of the ad accounts you can access, and their name and currency;
- campaign, ad set and ad names and IDs;
- advertising metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, results/conversions, budgets and bid caps;
- the destination (landing) URLs configured on your ads, used to attribute revenue.
We request only the permissions needed to display your advertising performance. We do not post content, send messages, or modify anything without your explicit action inside the dashboard.
2.3 Data accessed through Google APIs
With your explicit consent, given through Google’s OAuth consent screen, we access your own Google advertising and revenue data in read-only mode to calculate profit and ROI. Depending on what you connect, this includes:
- Google Ads API (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): your ad accounts, campaigns, spend, clicks, impressions and conversion/results metrics; - Google Ad Manager / AdSense reporting (via the Ad Manager API or the ActiveView reporting API, using credentials you provide or authorise): revenue, impressions, clicks and eCPM by landing URL, campaign, country and date.
We request the minimum scopes required to display your reports. We never request write access and never modify your Google account or campaigns.
2.4 Technical information
Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
3. How we use information
- to authenticate you and keep your session secure;
- to fetch, join and display your advertising spend and revenue as profit, loss, ROI and ROAS reports;
- to convert non-USD amounts to a common currency for reporting;
- to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service.
We do not use your advertising or revenue data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the reporting features you request.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
ProWebClick’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing analytics features described in this Policy. In particular, we:
- do not use Google user data for serving advertisements;
- do not sell Google user data;
- do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with adequate notice;
- do not allow humans to read the data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised;
- do not use the data to train or improve generalised/AI/ML models.
5. Facebook (Meta) Platform compliance
Our access to and use of information received from the Meta platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only read-only advertising permissions, use the data solely to display your advertising performance to you, and do not sell it or use it for any unrelated purpose. You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data:
- with the API providers above (Meta, Google/ActiveView) as needed to fetch your own data;
- with infrastructure providers that host the Service, under confidentiality obligations;
- where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.
7. Data storage & security
Access tokens and API credentials are stored on our server and are never exposed to the browser. Configuration and credential files are blocked from public web access. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to the dashboard requires a valid login. Report data is cached only briefly to improve performance.
8. Data retention
We retain connection tokens and account information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can remove a connected account at any time from the dashboard, which deletes its stored token. You may request deletion of all your data — see Data Deletion.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw an authorisation at any time (in the dashboard, or from your Facebook Business Integrations settings). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@prowebclick.com.
10. Cookies
We use a single essential, signed session cookie to keep you logged in. See our Cookie Policy for details.
11. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service.
